Is the decoration safe to eat?
The decoration fondant or print edible image is safe to eat. However we strongly recommend NOT to eat them, because it will lessen your enjoyment of taste of topping.
Can you put my company logo in the cupcakes?
Yes. You can orde any logo, image or photo , and will be printed edible on the cupcakes. We recommend to order print edible image is 7days in advance. Per dozen we charge idr.100,000
Can you make decorating cupcakes?
Yes. We have some variant of simple handmade fondant decorating. Please see page simple fondant . You can choose amongst these varieties. For simple fondant we have two types , alphabet and theme fondant. Alphabet fondant we charge idr. 4,000 per cup, and theme fondant is idr.5,000 per cup.

How many flavor variety i can order?
Your minimum order is 6 cupcakes.
1 box of 6 cupcakes, can get 2 flavors
1 box of 12 cupcakes, can get either 4 flavors or 2 flavors
1 box of 16 minicupcakes, can get 3 flavors.

Which area you can cover for delivery?
We can deliver cupcake to Jakarta, Bekasi, Tangerang and Depok, by outsourcing some cake couriers.
Delivery Charge is depend on the area and courier, around IDR 40K - 65K. We will give confirmation how much for the delivery cost, after you submit the order form.
When I should place order?
The order should be placed 5-7 days in advance. The payment should be made 3 days before the expected delivery date. If we don’ receive the payment 3 days before the expected delivery date, we will cancel the order.
For larger quantity suggest to order 2 weeks in advance.
Does Lunetta sells mini cupcakes?
We offer mini cupcakes with at least minimum order one box of 16 mini cupcakes. One box of 16 mini cupcakes is idr.225,000 with 3 flavors.
How do I store my cupcakes
Cupcakes should be stored at room temperature. Cupcakes are good for 3 days after delivered.
If you will be consuming the cupcakes more than 24 hours after delivered, you can freeze them. In freezer they are good up to 6 days. To thaw them, leave them at room temperature for 1–2 hours before they are to be served. NO need to refrigerate, as it will make them dry.
